Space Utilisation Survey 2018

In accordance with the Space Management Policy, the University will conduct a Space Utilisation Survey of Murdoch campus (South St) teaching venues from Monday 12 March to Friday 23 March 2018.

 

Survey Dates:       Monday 12 March – Friday 23 March 2018

Times:                  8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Venues:                All general teaching rooms and teaching laboratories

 

During this time student casuals will be entering teaching venues once every hour to count the number of people in the room. This data will provide insight into the way in which spaces are used, and may also provide Schools with informal attendance data.

 

Rooms will not be surveyed during a supplementary exam. However Unit Coordinators will need to notify Timetabling if they have scheduled a test within normal class times during this period, as these will not be visible to the survey planning team.
