The Vice Chancellor’s Award for Excellence (Professional Services) 2017 The University is delighted to award the Vice Chancellor’s Award for Excellence (Professional Services) 2017 to an exemplary Murdoch University staff member: Michelle Paul DavieActing Executive Business ManagerSchool of Veterinary and Life Sciences Michelle’s leadership, collaboration and commitment to professional service has supported both staff and students, and she has personally made significant contribution to Murdoch University. During her career at Murdoch University, Michelle has worked tirelessly to improve financial viability of the Animal Hospital, and has successfully lead efforts to secure new MRI facilities that cements the Hospital’s position as a national leader in veterinary science. Michelle’s high level of integrity and her skills in sustaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and staff, has been of extraordinary value to the University. The Vice Chancellor’s Award for Excellence (Professional Services) recognises outstanding performance and contribution by a member of the University’s Professional Staff. Professor Eeva Leinonen congratulated Michelle on her award and thanked her for her personal and professional commitment to the University.
