Cyber Security - ATEM Breakfast Seminar On 8 November 2018, ATEM will present a breakfast seminar addressing Cyber Security from a legal perspective and how managers can protect themselves The Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM) and Norton Rose Fulbright Legal are hosting a seminar on cyber security presented by Meriel Steadman, Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright. Topics covered will include information security and its relevance to managers, recognising and avoiding social engineering attacks, best practice for information handling, and safeguards against security breaches. With some of the best views in Perth on offer over breakfast, the seminar will be held in the Norton Rose Fulbright offices at Level 30, 108 St George's Terrace, Perth. It will be held on Thursday 8 November 2018 from 7.30 - 9.15 am, with breakfast provided. The cost is $25 for ATEM members and $35 for ATEM affiliates (Murdoch University is an institutional member of ATEM and staff are therefore eligible for the affiliate rate) Further details and registration are available here.
