Web room booker now open for 2019

Start making your ad hoc bookings now, using the web room booker - now open for 2019 from January 1 to June 30.

From 9am Monday 3rd December Web Room Booker is open for staff to start making ad hoc room bookings between Januay 1 and june 30.

 

Murdoch University staff can make bookings in most venues at South Street, Mandurah and Rockingham online via Web Room Booker. You can download Instructions for Booking a Room on the Web.  Please note that Web Room Booker can only be accessed by Internet Explorer and Firefox, on campus or via a PC with staff VPN access.

 

Important points to note before you make a booking:

  • By using Web Room Booker to make your booking, you are agreeing to Murdoch University's terms and conditions of use of Murdoch Venues.
  • Murdoch staff members may book a meeting in the Senate Suite or McCusker Conference Room (located in the building 390) via Web Room Booker.
  • General Meeting rooms can be booked through Outlook. General meeting room instructions are located here.
  • All teaching activities, including ad hoc activities, should be booked directly with Timetabling to ensure that classes are visible to students through the online timetable.

WRB for 2018 is now closed. If Staff require a venue in December please email the Roombooking team with your requests so they can assist.
