Launch of Design Thinking and Service Innovation postgraduate programs

The School of Arts are excited to announce the launch of the 2019 Graduate Certificate in Design Thinking and Graduate Diploma in Design Thinking and Service Innovation. Join us this Thursday for a special panel discussion and Q&A event to learn more about what to expect from these exciting new courses.

What is Design Thinking?

How can we become more effective in tackling complex issues? How can we re-evaluate these issues towards the generation of innovative ideas?

Design Thinking is human-centred approach being utilised globally by varying sectors to rethink product and service experiences. By using empathetic research skills, iterative ideation techniques, and rapid prototyping processes, design thinking leads to more effective product and service concepts.
