Some key points about the Online Archive:
- It is unlimited in size so you can store as many historical emails as you want.
- It is available for you to access from any device in any location.
- It is shown under your existing Outlook profile as an additional folder.
- You should move any historical emails, held in *PST files, into the archive.
*PST files were generated from earlier versions of Outlook when your mailbox was full. You were required to create them to move old historical emails out of your mailbox. The files are typically found on your Murdoch issued device or a shared drive. ITS is encouraging staff to move all emails stored in PSTs into the new archive. You should then remove the association of your PST from your current Outlook profile.
