Free Seminar: Quit Smoking with Murdoch's Fresh Start Program Date: 11th September 2013 Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Location: Senate Conference Room, Senate Building, South Street Campus As part of the new Fresh Air Zones policy, Murdoch University is holding a free seminar for staff to help smokers develop the skills needed to kick the habit. Experts from Cancer Council Western Australia's Fresh Start program will outline the most effective, evidence-based ways to quit smoking. Fresh Start is not just about telling you to quit, it looks at why you smoke in the first place and helps you develop strategies to reach your goal of becoming a non-smoker. Representatives from Murdoch's OSH team and BUPA will also be on hand to let you know about the variety of resources, programs and support on offer at South Street campus.
