Simple methods to calm the mind and stay happy.

These sessions look at practical methods for calming the mind and staying happy through the practice of meditation.  They cover basic meditation techniques and introduce Buddhist principles that we can all easily apply in our daily lives.  They are taught by Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Nampur.  If you'd like further information please contact Gen Nampur, details as below.

The class this week will look at what is contemplative meditation and how to use it to change our feelings, thoughts, atitudes and intentions so they are more conjucive to happpiness.
