Are you interested in becoming a Peer Leader in either the PAC or PASS team?
We are looking for students with strong grades (Distinction average) and great interpersonal skills to join our team next semester. PACs and PASS Leaders are paid around $33 per hour and receive great professional development opportunities throughout their employment.
PAC
The Peer Academic Coach (PAC) program provides students across the university with one-on-one consultations across a range of different academic topics (e.g. researching, referencing, essay writing, or general uni questions).
We are looking for PACs from disciplines such as Business, Psychology, Criminology, Law, Chemistry, Maths, Social Sciences, Nursing and Vet to join our team.
PASS
PASS is an academic assistance program which provides weekly, peer-facilitated study sessions led by mentors called PASS Leaders for particular units.
We are looking for students who have achieved strong academic results in the following units: ANS102, BMS101, BSL165, CHE140, CHE144, CRM100, EDN110, MAS164, NUR131, POL192 and PSY101.
Students interested in applying for either of these programs are encouraged to view more information at this page and attend an online Information Session on Thursday 14 October here.
