From 13 June, the IT Service Desk will be expanding their operating hours to be from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, to better align service availability to the demand for support services.
This service offering will provide outside-of-business-hours phone support, enabling the IT Service Desk to be available for major incident reporting, and to assist with staff and student queries typically handled without escalation. The team will also be available to assist with online support for domestic and international students sitting online assessments.
