Murdoch will be introducing a new online queuing and appointment system (QLess). If you need to access services provided by the Student Centre, you can now go online and make a booking, without having to come in and wait in line.
QLess is now live.
The new paperless system will give you the flexibility to access our wide range of administrative and support services, and schedule an appointment from anywhere, through a mobile device, the Murdoch website, the QLess app, or the onsite kiosk.
Upon booking, you will receive a text message confirming your appointment, as well as a forecast on the wait time, so you can do other things while you wait.
An alert will be sent to you, when it’s time to make your way to Student Central and what desk to report to.
The improved appointments system is easy, time efficient and complements our goal to continuously improve your student experience.
