To ensure maximum availability of these spaces, a new process has come into effect that requires all bookings in these rooms to be confirmed at the start of the requested timeslot. This change has been implemented in response to feedback that some rooms have been booked but left unused.
If you have made a room booking, you will need to confirm your room requirement via the panel located outside the room within 15-minutes of the booked timeslot commencing. After this time – if no check-in is registered – the booking will automatically be cancelled, and the room will be made available again.
An early-end option will also appear on the panel 10 minutes before the end of your scheduled booking, so you can make the room available again should you not need the full timeslot.
