Following the announcement made on 4 October 2019 regarding the Limited Service Period (LSP) leave entitlements, your allocated leave period during this time is now available in myHR. 

This year, the LSP is from Monday, 23 December 2019 to Friday, 3 January 2020 (inclusive).

Unlike previous years where leave entitlements were allocated to all staff on specific dates, this year arrangements will vary from person to person based on your current employment. 

As always, during the LSP staff are expected to take leave, unless agreed with their supervisor. Only essential staff should remain on campus. 

For any additional leave days or hours not already allocated (and outside of public holidays) you are expected to use outstanding Days in Lieu or University Days (if applicable), annual leave, long service leave and/or time off in lieu. If all leave is expended, you can book leave in advance or leave without pay, in consultation with your manager before 29 November 2019.
