It’s a chance for us to recognise that over the past few months, while we’ve been staying home and learning online, the Murdoch community has come together in remarkable ways to help and support each other.

So, this week, we’re saying thank you. For the friends who helped you through group assignments, to the tutors that worked hard to move your unit materials online, to the Guild and campus teams for making sure food, coffee and support was available.

• Search and join ‘Murdoch Shout Out’ on Yammer (it is free for everyone at Murdoch) and give a shout out to someone at Murdoch!
• Follow us on Instagram @murdochuniversity and send a shout out on our stories or DMs.
• We’ll be featuring shout outs from Yammer and Instagram on the big Student Hub screen during the week!

On campus:

• You’ll see jars of free thank you cards at all food vendors – the perfect way to say thanks when you buy someone a coffee or snack.
• Join us at the Guild Winter Festival, where former Murdoch student Dan will be creating an awesome piece of artwork to commemorate Thank You Week 2020. You’ll spot him by the Murdoch Library, come say hi!
