Can I attend the University?

From 12.01am Saturday 1 May, all on-campus teaching and learning activities will resume on campus, as per your class timetable. Classes with an online class location will remain online.

Should I wear a face mask?           

When mandated by the government, you are required to wear a face mask, unless you are exempt based on the reasons supplied by WA Health.

I/a student/a staff member was required to have a COVID test as a result of contact tracing and I have tested positive. Who do I need to advise?

The directions of the Health Department must be followed if you test positive to COVID.

Confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 are required to self-isolate or self-quarantine, in accordance with government health department advice.

I currently live interstate and have accepted an offer to study at Murdoch in 2022. What should I do? 

You should always follow the guidelines and advice regarding any interstate travel from the WA Government. It is important to also consider the travel advice of the state/territory that you currently reside in when planning your movements.

If the WA Government announces any changes to restrictions, the Critical Incident Management Team will review the advice. And, provide further information as soon as is practicable.

I have accepted an offer to study at Murdoch in 2022, will this be a normal university year for me?

It is our intention to make sure you enjoy your studies at Murdoch University.

Students and staff are encouraged to check their emails and monitor the Murdoch University website, intranet and student portal for regular updates in the event there are any changes.
