Shenali Perera is an artist, storyteller, writer, and creative facilitator working at the intersection of community arts and systems change. She has produced work for and in collaboration with the Centre for Stories, Perth Festival, Youth Affairs Council of WA, The Boxing Project, Danjoo Koorliny Walking Together, Presencing Institute and United Nations. She is passionate about cultivating creative learning and wellbeing through her work.

Nelly Mher has a background in Psychology and is a strong advocate for marginalised and CALD communities, with a particular interest in issues faced by CALD communities and their impacts on mental health outcomes. She has sat on many advisory boards and worked in conjunction with the Mental Health Commission to make mental health services more accessible and culturally sound for CALD communities. Nelly is also a co-founder of How’s your Haal, a grassroots group that provides culturally safe spaces for young CALD people to discuss taboo topics.

Ashvin Sharma has been involved with MAN UP since its inception in 2019. He currently serves as the Internals Vice-President. His role involves managing the internal structures of the team as well as being responsible for MAN UP's programs into Rural WA. Outside of MAN UP he is studying medicine at UWA and in 2022 he will be hoping to travel around Europe if the border permits!
