The WA Government has today announced there have been no further cases of community transmission of COVID-19.
The lockdown for the Perth and Peel regions, announced by the WA Government on 23 April 2021, currently remains until at least 12.01am on Tuesday 27 April.
The WA Government has also released further locations visited by confirmed COVID-19 cases. These are listed under higher risk and potential exposure locations. Please follow the advice of WA Health if you have visited any of the sites specified.
The University’s Critical Incident Management Team (CIMT) remains activated and will continue to meet on a regular basis to consider the Government’s most recent updates.
We will be issuing further communications tomorrow after the next update from the WA Government, and ask that you continue to monitor your emails to obtain the latest information from the University in regards to this week's plans.
We also encourage you to continue to monitor the WA Heath website for updates as more information becomes available.
We understand that COVID lockdowns can be an uncertain and stressful time. If you need support, after-hours and 24-hour crisis services are available.
