With the many demands of university study and life, it can sometimes be a struggle to stay focused and keep motivated, particularly throughout periods of change.

Murdoch University Counselling Service is still open to help you.
Our service is free to all enrolled students and our team of experienced, qualified counsellors is dedicated to promoting student wellbeing and resilience through online support.

Please call (08) 9360 1227 to make an appointment for a counselling session via Telephone or Video Counselling, during our opening hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Unfortunately, the service is unable to offer face-to-face appointments at this time.

In the case of an emergency, please call

  • Murdoch Uni Security 9360 7333
  • Lifeline 13 11 44
  • Emergency Services 000

You can find some helpful resources on the student portal too, such as tips to help you through this challenging time, staying connected and activities to keep your mind active.

We are also running a number of daily online workshops to help keep you socially connected with other students, refine your online learning skills and build mindfulness. Check out the Social Connection Calendar and join in!
