  Scholarly Teaching and Research unit (ST&R)
  The Scholarly Teaching and Research unit is one of two units in the SPA course. The unit comprises 12 modules, incorporating themes of the Australian Learning and Teaching Council‘s (ALTC) 'Preparing Academics for Teaching in Higher Education' (PATHE) Project (2009) and including core aspects of research outputs in academe.

  Christine Milne is a Senator for Tasmania and Leader of the Australian Greens and is visting Murdoch University, South St campus. Australia’s universities are the powerhouse of cultural, political and economic innovation.   Reserve Conservation Morning – Come and Help!
  Help to restore and conserve one of the black cockatoo and quenda conservation reserves at the Murdoch campus. Students, staff and community are all invited. Join members of the Murdoch Environmental Restoration Group (MERG) and the University’s Environment team on Thursday 28th February from 9am, meeting at Car Park 8. Tree guard removal, weeding and general TLC for the plants will be undertaken.

  Murdoch Leadership and Me - Program 1
  This program is recommended for professional staff at levels HEW 4 - 7, across all parts of the university. It will be particularly useful for staff who have not undertaken any formal or structured leadership training in the past and whose work involves: - communication and collaboration with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, students and external parties; and - supervision of the work of others where there is a direct reporting relationship.
