In 2024, Mental Health Week in WA will be held from 5-12 October with the theme: 'Empowering communities, thriving workforces: a journey towards investing in our mental health.'
Amid mounting assignment deadlines, upcoming exams, and the persistent challenges of the cost-of-living crisis, it is crucial to prioritise our mental health.
Taking care of our mental health gives us the strength and clarity needed to handle stress and make wise decisions. It also helps us to effectively manage stress and anxiety – and identify when we need to seek support. Prioritising our mental wellbeing fosters self-compassion, empowering us to face difficulties with resilience, build strength and face challenges with determination.
