COVID-19 Image

At all times you are on campus, you are required to observe the COVID-19 protocols, including mask wearing, physical distancing and sanitising.

For the latest information on current COVID-19 directions, including testing and isolation requirements, please refer to the State Government’s website.

Contact registration and QR codes

Checking is still required for higher-risk venues that require proof of vaccination. This means you will need to scan the QR codes – using the Safe WA or Service WA apps – at the Tavern, Sir Walters Café, and the Student Hub. However, we will not be requiring people to check in to other buildings around campus and these QR code signs will be removed.

Masks

Mask wearing will continue to be required on campus. Those with an exemption must be able to provide evidence as per WA Government guidance.

Reporting COVID-19 cases

Should you test positive for COVID-19, it is important you let your unit coordinator know as soon as possible and complete the COVID-19 Case Report Form. Your unit coordinator will work with you to develop an alternate plan to ensure you are able to complete your studies if you are unwell. if needed, we have compiled some strategies to support your wellbeing during isolation.

Recent COVID-19 exposure sites at our South Street, Mandurah and Rockingham campuses are being published to Murdoch University’s website. To stay informed, it is recommended that you bookmark this page and check the site daily.
